Tom Einhiple, Hoover Middle School Monitor

We are proud to recognize Tom Einhiple (or Mr. Tom, as he is affectionately referred to by students and staff) as the recipient of our Hoover Middle School Support Staff Recognition Award.

Mr. Tom is an invaluable member of our school community who truly goes above and beyond each and every day. His dedication to building safety ensures that our school is a secure, welcoming place for students and staff alike, and he approaches this responsibility with care, professionalism, and pride. Beyond his essential role, Mr. Tom builds meaningful relationships with students by connecting with them where they are—whether it’s engaging in a friendly game of chess or stopping by the band rooms to lend a hand and support their work. His willingness to volunteer his time to meet the needs of the building speaks volumes about his commitment and character. Mr. Tom’s presence makes our school a better place, and we are incredibly fortunate to have him as part of our team.
